Yes, i recommend this seller. For the duration of the process, I worked with a rep who was quick to respond (during working hours for her) and very helpful. No issues here at all. I was sent factory photos once my doll had cleared production. Again 10/10. I would have preferred that they respond during normal US time zone working hours but they tended to respond late at night as in 3rd shift late. But, that’s not really something I think can be taken against their score here as it can be just a matter of doing business.
